1. OUTLET MANAGER

• Be friendly and courteous with guests and ensuring customer service standards are met
• To ensure SOP (standard operating procedure) is followed
• Managing kitchen staff rallying the team during busy hours, resolving conflicts and getting the job done
• Managing daily work schedules, food inventory, cleaning schedules, wastage tracking etc
• Dealing with irate customers, employees as per the defined SOP
• Must be problem solver, should be able to come up with a solution quickly
• Train new and current employees as per SOP
• To conduct daily briefing with service and kitchen staff
• Must be willing to work long shift hours, weekends and holidays

Experience	0 - 2 Years
Salary	1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
